To those who stumble upon this page - Welcome!
I’m Kate. Its nice to meet you!

My clients often start seeing me when their life feels chaotic and overwhelming. It may be difficult to focus or manage relationships, much less daily life!  As we struggle with these things, it can even be tough to start therapy.

I know you need just as much time and attention spent on yourself as what you give to others. You are so thoughtful and caring, it's time to give yourself the grace you’ve shown others. In our work together, I want to help teach you how to share your best qualities effectively, so you can shine the way that you’ve always wanted to. I want to help you be your best self. We’ll work on skills to help you be your best self, and these skills are ones you can take and use for the rest of your life. I hope you feel safe enough to be real with me - I commit to listening to all that you share with me. We’ll work to help you find focus and concentration so that you can lead the life you meant to all along.

My goal in our work together is to help you find peace amidst the chaos and help you find a solid ground to stand on as you learn to trust yourself.

I won't pretend that I have all the answers - that's not what I’m about. I commit to listening, providing a space of acceptance, and working to help you find answers within yourself.

I use a variety of interventions including Acceptance, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.  I will work to share strategies and work on tangible skills to use during and after our time together. My goal is to help you find the strength within yourself to achieve your goals and find a life worth living.
