First steps

Email info@Azaleatherapy.com to request an appointment & inquire about openings for new clients. If you can send a copy of your ID & Insurance cards (if using), it will speed up the process!

If there are appropriate openings, we will work to schedule an appointment & your intake paperwork can be easily completed online.

We accept a number of insurances and also private pay. Cash pay fees for therapy sessions range from $125-250.

We appreciate everyone who is able to pay full fee, as it affords us opportunity to offer pro-bono services to our community.

Your first appointment

Your first appointment will be an intake session where we will work to get to know each other & determine whether our work together will be a good fit for you. Following this intake, we will schedule appointments as recommended in your initial visit.

Free consults are not provided as therapy interventions begin with our first meeting.

Intensives: 3+ hours; $500+

Relationship Therapy: Private Pay Only. $200/intake, $175 Session
