Individual therapy
Talking to a therapist can help you work through current stressors & life transitions while also being a safe and reflective space to learn more about yourself.
In our work, we will utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, including somatic therapy such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, TIST/Parts Work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based interventions.
Whatever techniques we use, we understand our relationship with you is a key in your journey toward healing.
relationship therapy
Are you feeling isolated, stuck in painful patterns, or triggered by old wounds that just won’t seem to heal?
Trauma doesn’t just affect individuals—it shows up in relationships. When past hurt gets activated in the present, even the strongest bonds can feel fragile.
In our relationship work, we offer Trauma-informed, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you and your partner(s) work towards feeling safe, seen, and connected again.
Family therapy
Has your family been stuck in painful patterns, triggered by old arguments, or disconnected and not finding the words to communicate with each other? If so, you’re not alone!
Families are complex; sometimes it can help to have someone else sit with us, slow things down, and help us hear each other again.
Whether parenting young children or wanting to restore/repair connection with adult family members, therapy can help us slow down and take the time to really BE with each other.
somatic / neurodivergent coaching
Outside of therapy, parts of life can be incredibly challenging. Whether your challenges include preparing/eating meals, grocery shopping, navigating lighting, task management or even remembering to breathe when the things stack up…life with Autism/PTSD/Trauma can be difficult day-by-day. Coaching can provide customized support from a trauma-informed, polyvagal lens that assist in co-regulation as you work to achieve your goals.
End of Life/Transitional Care
When we receive a life limiting or terminal diagnosis, it can be imperative to work with someone who is there “all the way” and join with our loved ones after, if they wish.
It has been one of the most tremendous privileges to join my clients on this journey.
If you or a loved one are in this difficult place - looking for consistent support that may be provided in home or other locations or maybe longing for continued support that extends beyond your transition with your loved ones - please reach out to discuss whether an individualized plan may support your journey.
