Neurodivergent Coaching & Consultation — Important Disclosure

Thank you for choosing Azalea Therapy and Consultation Services. Before you continue, please read the following statements carefully:

1. Nature of Services

Coaching and consultation services are non-clinical and non-therapeutic. These services are designed to support goal-setting, skill development, and practical strategies, and are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If a coaching client is in need of mental health services or therapy, they will be referred to seek external therapeutic services.

You are also encouraged to seek appropriate professional care when needed.

2. Appointments & Time Zone

All appointments are scheduled in U.S. Eastern Time (ET). It is your responsibility to confirm the correct time in your local time zone.

3. Fees & Payments

Fees are disclosed before purchase and are due in advance. Once you schedule or pay for a session, your acknowledgment of the terms is required.

4. Cancellation Policies

• Virtual & Local In-Person Sessions: 48 hours’ notice required for cancellation to avoid charges.

• Local Intensives or Travel-Based In-Person Sessions: 14 days cancellation notice required. Late cancellations incur a fee of $500 or 50% of the total service agreement, whichever is greater.

5. Confidentiality

Your information is respected and kept private, except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Acceptance

By continuing with intake, scheduling, or payment, you confirm that you have read and understand these disclosures and the full coaching agreement.
